All prints are made with conventional enlargers using El Nikkor or Rodagon lenses.
Each transparency is carefully cleaned and evaluated for colour balance and exposure.
As many test exposures as necessary are made before full sized printing.
Prints are made on either High or Medium contrast material, never Low contrast.
Dodging and burning are used to optimise shadow and highlight detail, as required.

Prints are only sent out after close inspection of image and surface quality.

For exhibition printing and editions, or simply to achieve the reading of the transparency you are seeking, consultation from the outset is part of my service.

Whether at my studio, by phone or email, a preliminary discussion will often help guide me towards the desired rendition.

Visitors are welcome to see "work in progress" and I value input on the direction the printing should follow, as test prints are evaluated.

	Printing				Colour transparency film is arguably the most sophisticated image medium in existence. Transparencies glow with detail from the real world. With carefully made Cibachromes of your work, you’ll see your transparencies come alive. I’d like to show you that there’s more to your photographs than minilabs, inkjets, or even Lamda’s can ever reveal. These are not scan prints, everything is produced optically, directly from the film.
